Designed by Architect/Developer Cary Tamarkin, the building components include: signature casement windows; cast-in-place architectural concrete structure and façade; iconic custom-designed façade clock; energy-efficient, sound-attenuating glass; two high-speed elevators; and high-performance acoustic insulation.
