Nick Andreadis, Chief Executive Officer
A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Nick has over 30 years of construction experience. Nick joined Turner Construction Company upon graduation in 1974 as a field engineer on the Ohio County Schools Project, Wheeling, West Virginia. Nick progressed through various positions in Turner, including assistant project engineer, project engineer, superintendent, project manager, project executive, department head, and ultimately Vice President and National Director of Turner's $4 billion Education and Library market. Notable assignments included Superintendent on the Detroit Medical Center, Program Manager for Atlanta `88 (Democratic National Convention), and involvement with $8 billion in K-12 and Library Projects across the country.

Lance Franklin, Chief Operating Officer
Lance Franklin, a licensed architect in the State of New York, has nearly 20 years of construction experience. In 2002, after tenure with Turner Construction Company, Lance co-founded Triton Construction. He functions as the organization's Chief Operating Officer.

At the time of his departure from Turner, Lance held the position of Purchasing Agent. His expert procurement tactics were used on such well-known projects as the Madison Square Garden Training Facility for the NY Knicks and NY Rangers and several projects for NYC EDC. Prior to this post, he was a Unit Manager for the company overseeing all preconstruction as well as overseeing construction on numerous construction projects.

Lance specializes in all phases of pre-construction, working to create value and minimize risk for Triton's clients. He is a recognized expert in scheduling, estimating, and value engineering complex construction projects.

Lance holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an Associate Degree in Construction Engineering from the State University of New York at Farmingdale.

Frank Reich, President
As one of the founding members of Triton Construction, Frank presently holds the position of President & Partner. A graduate of New York Technology he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. With nearly 20 years in the construction industry, Frank has a vast knowledge of diverse and complex construction projects. After graduating in 1988, Frank joined the Slattery/Skanska construction company as an estimator. He later became a field engineer on the $ 17 million dollar MTA Jamaica Car Barn and later was promoted to a project engineer on the $ 80 million dollar Wards Island Waste Water Treatment Dewatering Facility. Frank became the project manager for the$ 10 million dollar HVAC upgrade project at six various buildings on the Brooklyn College Campus.

Frank joined Turner Construction in 1996 as the project manager for the Hampton Bays Union Free School District $ 12 million dollar additions and expansion project. Frank was promoted to Senior Project Manager overseeing the Longwood Central School District $ 33 million dollar renovation project as well as the $ 6 million dollar East Quogue UFSD expansion project. Frank was again promoted to Unit Manager of Construction for Turner's Educational Facilities Division on Long Island. After a successful completion to the Longwood CSD-Phase I renovation project he was responsible for the oversight and management,
Pre-Construction and Construction of the $ 107 million dollar additions and expansion project to 11 separate schools buildings which consisted of 500,000 square feet at the Longwood Central School-Phase II Project.

Frank specializes in Wick's Law construction. He has experience in risk analysis, contract administration, project management as well scheduling, budgeting, change order control, construction oversight and is in charge of our company safety management program as well as our employee training program.

As President, Frank oversees the field operations of the Construction Management and General Construction divisions of the company.

Chris Pearson, Vice President
A 1992 Yale University graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture, Chris Pearson currently has over 10 years of construction management experience. His experience includes program management in a variety of industries. He was a leading engineer on the Winthrop University Hospital 42,000 sq. ft. project. With a $32 million budget, Chris was involved with estimating, logistics planning and bid assessment during the GMP process. He has also worked on the New York Stock Exchange 60-story skyscraper planned for Wall Street before the project was canceled. Project budget was $775 million.

Chris' Project Management work includes his experience on the Port Washington Public Library 20,000 sq. ft. of additions and 35,000 sq. ft. of renovations to the existing library, the Huntington Public Library with 18,000 sq. ft. of additions and 25,000 sq. ft. of renovations to an existing library. He was also the Superintendent on the Longwood School District $17 million dollar renovation of various buildings within the school district.

As an Engineer and Construction Manager for the NYC Parks Department, Chris has worked on the underground infrastructure at the Central Park Zoo, demolition of the Old Children's Zoo at Central Park, reconstruction of Central Park Zoo Monkey House, reconstruction of the roof at the arsenal at the Central Park Zoo, and reconstruction of the Dag Hammarsjkold Plaza.

Chris was also an architect at Architekturburo Steinkopf und Bohm in Dresden, Germany where he reconstructed Hoyerswerda Apartment Building, Dresden Youth Hostel, Dresden School for Children with Disabilities and an 18 Ostra Allee Apartment Building.

In 2002, Christopher Pearson joined Triton Construction as a project manager and estimator. Chris's role in Triton Construction is to coordinate our estimating, bidding, and purchasing.

Charles Kulesa, Chief Financial Officer
Since the mid-1980's, Charles Kulesa has been the owner and driving force of several prominent businesses on Long Island. Marketing, business management and strategic planning are all part of the lexicon of Charles, who has worked with numerous small business municipalities and governmental agencies in his career.

In the late 1990's, Charles began work as a financial and accounting consultant to businesses on Long Island and New York City. Charles also served as Chief Financial Officer for Educational Research & Marketing Services, Inc. (ER&M). In 1998, he formed the Watermoor Group Limited d/b/a Syntax Communication with Michael Conte, and presently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Triton Construction.

Charles is a graduate of the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
